罕见成人肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤的CT及MRI表现

摘　　要：目的探讨罕见成人肝脏未分化胚胎性肉瘤(UESL)的CT及MRI表现,提高术前诊断准确率。方法回顾性分析本院诊治的4例成人UESL的临床资料及CT、MRI图像,并结合文献报道。结果 CT/MRI表现为边界清晰的囊实性肿块,囊内不规则分隔,囊壁边缘见少许软组织密度/信号影,增强后软组织成分轻度渐进性强化。结论CT/MRI平扫和动态增强扫描能反映成人UESL的影像学特征,结合临床资料,有助于术前正确诊断。Objective To investigate the CT/MR features of adult undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver （UESL） and to improve its diagnostic accuracy. Methods The clinical data and CT, MR images of four adult patients with pathologically confirmed UESL were retrospectively analyzed; and previously reported literatures were reviewed. Resuits CT/MRI showed cystic-solid mixed masses with clear boundary. The soft tissue components were located in the periphery and enhanced mildly and progressively. Conclusion CT/MRI dynamic enhanced scanning can display the characteristic imaging features of UESL in adulthood, which may contribute to its preoperative diagnosis.
