高效液相色谱法测定蒙药三味散中没食子酸的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立蒙药三味散中的没食子酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用HPLC法测定蒙药三味散中没食子酸的含量,检测波长为273nm,色谱柱（C 18,5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm）,流动相为甲醇~0.3%磷酸缓冲液（1∶9）。结果：没食子酸在0.44~4.4μg范围内呈现良好的线性关系（R2=0.9992）,平均回收率为100.78%,RSD为1.79%。结论：采用该方法测定没食子酸的含量,操作简便、准确可靠,可用于蒙药三味散中没食子酸的含量测定方法。Objective： To establish a suitable method for Determination of Gallic Acid in 3 powder and Provide a reference of Gallic acid extraction process and quality standards. Methods： Using HPLC to investigating chromatographic conditions. The following chromatographic conditions is that the detection wavelength was 273 nm,column（ C 18,5μm,4. 6 mm × 250 mm）,mobile phase was methanol ~0. 3% phosphoric acid buffer solution（ 1 ∶ 9）,the injection volume was 10 u L. Results： Preparation of sample solution,reproducibility,linear range,precision,stability and recovery are in line with the relevant requirements. Conclusion： The method is scientific,reasonable and feasible and it was in line with simple,rapid and accurate requirements,and this also made a foundation for Gallic acid research.
