两种不同结构的用于下颌单侧游离缺失精密附着体义齿摘戴过程中的三维有限元应力分析

摘  要:目的探讨两种精密附着体摘戴过程的应力特征,为临床选用附着体提供理论依据。方法以牙槽骨吸收C876缺失成年男性为研究对象,建立快套式和太极扣式附着体义齿修复C876缺失三维有限元模型,对两者的应力特征进行比较性研究。结果太极扣戴入后对第一磨牙基牙、牙周膜的Von Mises等效应力值为16.528 Mpa、3.086 Mpa,对第二磨牙基牙、牙周膜的Von Mises等效应力值为24.026 Mpa、3.713 Mpa,再次戴入对牙槽骨的Von Mises等效应力值3.048 Mpa,上述应力值摘戴前后变化幅度均小于快套式。结论太极扣式附着体义齿修复下颌单侧游离缺失的应力特征优于快套式,值得进一步推广应用。【Objective】To investigate the stress characteristics of two kinds of precision attachment to be worn and removed pick and provide a theoretical basis for clinical use f attachment. 【Method】Adult men who are lack of alveolar bone absorption C876 were chosen as the research object, Three-dimensional finite element modal of fixing denture deletion of C876 was set up by using fast set type and Tai Chi button attachment and do the comparative research on the stress characteristics. 【Results】 The Von Mises equivalent stress values of Tai Ji buckle worn into the rear of first molar abutments and periodontal membrane were 16.528 Mpa and 3.086 Mpa. The Von Mises equivalent stress values of Tai Ji buckle worn into the rear of second molar abutments and periodontal membrane were 24.026 Mpa, 3.713 Mpa. The Von Mises equivalent stress values of Tai Ji buckle worn once again to the alveolar bone was 3.048 Mpa stress. The removable changes of the stress values before and after the Tai Ji buckle worn were less than fast sleeve type. In the process of tai chi button attachment denture worn and removed, the abutment teeth, periodontal membrane and alveolar bone of the Von Mises equivalent stress value changes was less than that of fast set of attachment denture. 【Conclusion】The stress characteristics of tai chi button attachment denture repairing the mandibular unilateral free missing is better than that of fast shell, which is worth popularization and application progress.
