摘　　要：16-24岁青少年的就业问题受到世界各国的普遍关注,青少年失业危机已成为世界各国面临的棘手难题。应运而生的最低工资制度是政府调节劳动力市场、保护人力资源和改善社会收入分配结构的重要手段之一。为探讨中国最低工资制度对青少年就业影响效应,本文选取江苏省1998-2012年时间序列数据对这一问题进行分析。研究发现:最低工资对青少年就业的影响是正向的,但效应是滞后的;青少年人口占总人口的比重对青少年就业的影响较弱。鉴于此,笔者建议加快最低工资标准的调整频率,规避最低工资对青少年就业的滞后效应,选择适当时机建立青少年最低工资制度并适当调整教育结构等。Employment problem of adolescents aged 15- 24 has attracted wide attention from all over the world,and adolescents' unemployment crisis has become a serious problem facing by every country in the world.The minimum wage system emerged as the times requires is one of government's important means to regulate labor market,protect human resources and improve distribution structure of social income.In order to explore the influence effect of Chinese minimum wage system on adolescents' employment,this paper selects time series data from 1998 to 2012 in Jiangsu province and tries to analyze this issue.According to the findings,the influence of minimum wage on adolescents' employment is positive,but the effect is lagging behind;regarding the percentage of adolescents' population on total population,its influence on adolescents' employment is relatively weak.Hence,we suggest that the government should accelerate adjustment frequency of minimum wage standard,avoid lagging effect of minimum wage on adolescents' employment,select an opportune moment to establish minimum wage system for adolescents,and adjust educational structure appropriately.
