仅靠专利战略能振兴知识经济吗——印度与山东哪个更适合发展知识经济

摘　　要：山东发明专利申请量远远高于印度,且明显具有经济发展与文化地理的优势,但山东的知识经济却不如印度发达,分析印度的知识经济发展,我们可以从中获得启示:仅靠专利战备不能振兴知识经济。Shandong invention patent applications is much higher than India and Shandong has obvious advantages of economic development and cultural geography.But the knowledge economy of Shandong developednot as good as India.Analysis of India＇s knowledge-based economy, we can derive inspiration： patent readiness alone can not revitalize the knowledge economy.
