摘  要:以天津科润蔬菜所芹菜品种‘优文图斯’种子为材料,应用不同浓度的6-BA包衣,调查分析种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数,研究包衣对种子萌发的影响。结果表明,在种子基本芽率较高的情况下,单一6-BA包衣芹菜种子对发芽率没有影响,在一定浓度范围内6-BA包衣处理芹菜种子对发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数有促进作用,包衣处理芹菜种子6-BA浓度为250 mg·L-1时发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数最高。The celery varieties‘ Juventus' from the institute of Tianjin kernel vegetable research was used to study the plant growth regulator 6-BA in celery seed coating technology applications, and analyze its impact on celery seed germination rate, germination index, vigor index, and related indicators of effectiveness, the results showed that when the base seed germination rate was higher, the different concentrations of 6-BA had no impact on celery seed germination rate. A certain concentration of 6-BA regulator significantly impacted celery seeds germination vigor, germination index and vigor index. 6-BA concentration of coating processing celery seeds was 250 mg. L-1, germination vigor, germination index and vigor index was the highest.
