摘　　要：习近平提出的"三严三实"的要求,把党的作风建设提高到一个新的高度。"三严三实"包含着丰富的理论内涵,具有鲜明的行为取向。"三严三实"重要论述是中国传统文化的升华,它包含着丰富的哲学意蕴,体现了党对执政党建设的高度理论自觉,揭示了党加强自身建设的胸襟与视野和现实紧迫性,阐述了中国共产党应该按照怎样的历史逻辑奋然前行。XI Jinping puts forward the important discourse on ＂three steady tightening real＂,it improve the party＇s style construction to a new level.＂Three steady tightening real＂contains rich theoretical connotation,is a behavior orientation.it is the sublimation of Chinese traditional culture,contains rich philosophical connotation,is a theory of character.it strengthens the cultural spirit of the Chinese people today self-restraint,strengthens cadre attitude construction,comprehensives governing party,is a valuable spiritual wealth.the leading cadre with party member have to firmly grasp the profound theoretical connotation and practical requirements,promote the comprehensive governing party each work.
