石油高校工科女大学生就业现状及对策

摘　　要：随着中国宏观经济增幅的趋缓、国际原油价格的持续走低,石油企业用工需求疲软,石油高校毕业生就业压力持续加大。受性别歧视、就业观念壁垒、职场经验缺乏、石油高校培养方式局限、石油企业用工偏好等因素的影响,工科女大学生就业形势更加严峻。政府、高校、个人都要高度重视,共同努力,方能有效应对工科女大学生就业难的问题。With China macro-economic growth slowed, international crude oil prices continuingto be declined, the number of oil companies recruitmentsreduced, the number of graduates in petroleum universities increased, the employment pressure will continue to increase.The employment situation of female engineering students is becoming increasinglyunsatisfactory, owing to many factors, such as gender discrimination, barriers of employment idea,lack of professional experience, limitations of higher education pattern and oil company hiring preferences.Therefore, the Government, universities, individuals are needed to attach great importance and joint efforts, to dealing with the employment problems of female engineering students.
