摘  要:目的将免费公共图像处理软件应用于脑缺血梗塞面积的测量,并与专业医学图像分析软件进行比较,探讨公共图像分析软件在脑梗塞面积的评价中能否代替商业软件,获得更为经济、简捷的测量方法.方法建立光化学诱导的树鼩血栓性脑缺血模型,于缺血后4 h断头取脑,TTC染色显示脑皮层梗塞范围,数码相机拍照后,分别用Photoshop、Auto CAD 2款公共图像处理软件及Mi Vnt2.0医学显微图像分析系统3种方法测定皮层梗死面积占半脑面积的百分比.结果利用Photoshop、Auto CAD和专业医学图像分析系统Mi Vnt2.0分别进行测定,3者之间测量结果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论使用Photoshop和Auto CAD等通用软件可替代专业医学图像处理系统,实现脑缺血梗塞面积的准确测量,且操作更为经济、简便,值得推广应用.Objective The study aimed to measure the infarct size of brain tissue by free public image processing softwares, and compare the measuring results with traditional medical image analysis software in order to explore whether public softwares can substitute for the business softwares in the evaluation of brain infarct size. Methods Thrombotic cerebral ischemia in tree shrews was induced by photochemical method. At 4h after cerebral ischemia, the cortical infarct size was examined by TYC staining. The digital photographs were measured respectively by Photoshop, AutoCAD and special medical image analysis software MiVnt2.0 in order to get the percentage of the cortex infarction area in half a brain area. Results The measuring results were compared and no significant difference was found among Photoshop, AutoCAD and MiVnt2.0 (P 〉0.05) Conclusion The public image softwares such as Photoshop and AutoCAD can served as substitutes for the business softwares in the exact evaluation of brain infarct size, which are economical and convenient may be worth applying.
