摘 要:目的了解口腔护士对医院组织文化特点和护士工作生活质量感知的水平,并探讨二者之间的关系.方法采用组织文化量表(organizational culture profile,OCP)和护士工作生活质量量表(quality of nursing work life,QNWL),对云南省某口腔专科医院的126名在职护士进行问卷调查.结果口腔护士对医院组织文化特点的感知中,绩效考评、稳定和社会责任感在组织文化中占主要地位,而支持、创新、竞争和激励处于组织文化的次要地位.护士工作生活质量调查结果显示处于中等水平.研究中组织文化的7个维度中支持、稳定、激励和护士工作生活质量呈正相关(P<0.05).结论组织文化对有效提高护士工作生活质量有积极作用.建议医院重视组织文化建设,运用科学量化绩效考核、授权等措施,营造一个温馨的工作环境,稳定护士队伍、提高护理质量.Objective To identify the characteristics of organizational culture as perceived by dental nurses and quality of nursing work life of dental nurses in hospital, and to investigate the relationship between each dimension of organizational culture and quality of nursing work life. Methods 126 dental nurses were investigated using Sarros' Organizational Culture Profile (QCP) and Brooks' quality of nursing work life (QNWL) . Results Among the seven dimensions of organizational culture, the dimensions of performance orientation, stability and social responsibility played major roles. However, the dimensions of supportiveness, innovation, competitiveness and emphasis on rewards played second fiddle. The overall score of QWNL as perceived by the subjects was at a moderate level. There were positive relationships between quality of work life and the three dimensions of organizational culture (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion Organizational Culture can effectively improve the quality of nursing work life of dental nurses, and then guarantee the nursing quality.
