摘　　要：产业升级的动力机制是来自各种生产要素在外力作用下通过重新整合而形成的一种动力机理,这种动力机理可由内部要素相互作用产生,也可来自外在作用力的推动。研究产业转型升级的动力机制,对邢台如何利用自身的区位和产业优势顺利承接京津的产业转移,完成产业转型升级、融入京津冀一体化具有重要的意义。The dynamic mechanism of industrial upgrading is formed by all kinds of factors of production under the action of external force by a new integration.The incentive mechanism can be produced by the interaction between internal factors,and also can be a result of the push from outside forces.This article studies the dynamic mechanism of industrial transformation and upgrading,which is of important significance for Xingtai to use the regional and industrial advantages to undertake the transfer of the Beijing-Tianjin industries,complete industrial transformation and upgrading and integrate into the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
