穹隆部减张切口在义眼台植入术中的应用

摘　　要：目的评价穹隆部减张切口在结膜囊狭窄者义眼台植入术中应用的效果。方法对16例需行义眼台植术者术前评估及术中观察结膜囊狭窄者术中行穹隆部减张切口成形术。结果术后观察6个月～3年，13例术后能成功安装成品义眼片，3例能配戴定制义眼片。结论穹隆部结膜减张切口应用于结膜囊轻中度狭窄患者义眼台植入术中，是一种简便，痛苦小，效果良好的方法。Objective To evaluate the effect of the conjunctival fornix decompressive incison and hydroxyapatite（HA） orbital implantation for narrow conjunctival sac. Methods Primary preoperative and intraoperative observation were performed in 16 patients who underwent the conjunctival fornix decompression incision to treat the narrow conjunetival sac. Results The postoperative observation time was 6 months to 3 years after the surgery. 13 patients were able to wear an normal size ocular prosthesis comfortably. Other 3 patients were able to wear an custom made ocular prosthesis. Conclusion Conjunctival fornix decompression incision hydroxyapatite （HA） implantation is easy and effective for the narrow conjunctival sac.
