CDX2在喉癌组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探析尾型同源盒转录因子-2(Caudal type homeobox transcription factor-2,CDX2)在喉癌(laryngeal carcinoma,LC)组织中的表达及其作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(Immunohistochemistry,IHC)检测两种组织中CDX2蛋白的表达,比较喉癌与声带息肉组织中CDX2面密度值及其积分光密度值的变化。结果 CDX2蛋白呈棕黄色颗粒,主要表达位于细胞核。对照组CDX2的表达无论在强度或细胞数量上均高于实验组,二组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CDX2在喉癌组织中表达异常,CDX2异常表达可能在喉癌发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。Objective To analyze the expression of caudal type homeobox transcription factor-2（CDX2）in laryngeal carcinoma（LC）and its effect.Methods Totally 36 cases of surgical resection specimens of initial treatment LC patients confirmed by pathological examination who received the treatment of operations from the department of otolaryngology head and neck surgery of North China University of Science and Technology Affiliated Hospital were collected as LC group,another 30 cases of vocal cord polyp tissues at the same time were chosen as the control group.The expressions of CDX2 in two kinds of tissues were detected by Immunohistochemistry（IHC）methods.The area density and integrated optical density of CDX2 in two groups were compared.Results The CDX2 protein were brown yellow granules mainly expressed in the nucleus.The expression of CDX2 in LC were higher than that of the control group both in amount or intensity of cells,there was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The expressions of CDX2 in LC tissues are abnormal,it plays an important role in the development of LC.
