自体CIK细胞对B系淋巴瘤患者免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的：评估处于临床缓解期B系淋巴瘤患者自体CIK细胞治疗前后细胞免疫功能的变化。方法：应用流式细胞分析技术检测我院2010-11-2014-07处于临床缓解期的34例B系淋巴瘤患者自体CIK细胞治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群。结果：1缓解期B系淋巴瘤患者外周血CD^3＋、CD^3＋CD^4＋T淋巴细胞亚群及CD^4＋/CD^8＋均低于健康对照组（P〈0.05）;2自体CIK细胞治疗后外周血CD^3＋、CD^3＋CD^4＋T淋巴细胞亚群及CD^4＋/CD^8＋均明显高于治疗前（P〈0.05）;3自体CIK细胞治疗后外周血CD^3＋、CD^3＋CD^4＋T淋巴细胞亚群及CD^4＋/CD^8＋仍略低于健康对照组（P〉0.05）。结论：自体CIK细胞治疗改善了缓解期B系淋巴瘤患者的免疫功能。Objective：To evaluate the effect of autologous cytokine-induced killer cells（CIK）on cellular immune function of patients with B cell lymphoma in the stage of complete response.Methods：The peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets of 34 patients with B cell lymphoma in the stage of complete response from 2010-11 to 2014-07 were analyzed by flow cytometry before and after the treatment of autologous CIK.Results：1The numbers of CD^3＋,CD^3＋CD^4＋T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood and CD^4＋/CD^8＋ratios were less in patients with B cell lymphoma than those in healthy control（P〈0.05）;2The numbers of CD^3＋,CD^3＋CD^4＋T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood and CD^4＋/CD^8＋ratios were more after the treatment of autologous CIK than those before（P〈0.05）;3 After the treatment of autologous CIK,the numbers of CD^3＋,CD^3＋CD^4＋T lymphocyte in the peripheral blood and CD^4＋/CD^8＋ratios were slightly less in patients with B cell lymphoma than those in healthy control（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Treatment of autologus CIK improves the immune function of patients with B cell lymphoma in the stage of complete response.
