摘  要:目的观察磁共振弥散加权像(DWI)应用于鉴别脑胶质瘤和脑单发转移瘤中的临床价值。方法选取2011年4月~2014年3月我院收治的脑胶质瘤患者13例设为胶质瘤组,脑单发转移瘤患者14例设为转移瘤组,术前均行常规MRI及弥散加权像,并对肿瘤实质部分、瘤周水肿的表现弥散系数(ADC)值进行测量。结果两组患者肿瘤实质部分ADC值比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);瘤周水肿ADC值比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论磁共振弥散加权像可有效鉴别脑胶质瘤和脑单发转移瘤,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) in the differential diagnosis of cerebral gliomas and solitary metastases. Methods From 2011 April to March 2014 in our hospital admitted patients with cerebral glioma in 13 cases of gliomas and solitary brain of metastases from patients with tumor in 14 cases of metastatic tumor group, preoperative underwent conventional MRI and diffusion weighted like, and measurement of tumor substantial part, peritumoral edema of the apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) values. Results There were significant differences in ADC values between the two groups of patients with ADC (P〈0.05), and the difference was not statistically significant (P〉0.05). Conclusions Magnetic resonance diffusion weighted imaging is effective in differentiating brain glioma and brain metastases, and it is worthy of clinical application.
