内镜下医用胶喷洒止血术治疗消化性溃疡并出血的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨内镜下医用胶喷洒止血术治疗消化性溃疡并出血的临床应用价值。方法从近年来我院消化科就诊的消化性溃疡并出血的患者中随机选取37例作观察组(医用胶组),给予内镜下医用胶喷洒止血治疗;另选取37例作对照组1(注射组),给予内镜下注射肾上腺素止血治疗;选取37例作对照组2(APC组),给予内镜下氩离子凝固止血治疗,对比有效止血率。结果用医用胶喷洒止血治疗的有效止血率(94.59%)与注射肾上腺素止血治疗的有效止血率(94.59%)及使用氩离子凝固止血术治疗的有效止血率(97.30%)三者比较无明显差异(P>0.05),但医用胶喷洒治疗设备要求低,操作更简单、安全。结论内镜下医用胶喷洒止血术疗效确切,操作简单,安全性高。Objective To explore the clinical application of endoscopic medical glue spraying in the treatment of peptic ulcer hemorrhage. Method We randomly allocated 37 patients with peptic ulcer hemor- rhage in observation group, giving endoscopic medical glue spraying treatment; 37 patients in control group 1, giving endoscopic adrenaline injection treatment; and 37 patients in control group 2, giving endoscopic APC （argon plasma coagulation） treatment. The hemostatic effectiveness of 3 groups was compared. Result Hemostasis rate was 94.59% in both observation group and control group 1, 97.30% in group 2（P 〉 0.05）. But, medical glue spraying treatment was lower equipment requirement, simple, and safe. Conclusion Endoscopic medical glue spraying for treatment of patients with peptic ulcer hemorrhage is effective, simple, and safe.
