摘　　要：目的探索胃息肉与大肠息肉的相关性。方法选取2011年1月至2014年9月在南方医科大学南方医院住院的338例胃息肉患者作为病例组（A组）及2 271例无胃息肉体检者作为对照组（B组）,每人均同时接受胃肠镜检查。回顾性分析两组人群的大肠息肉检出率。结果 A组与B组的大肠息肉检出率分别为53.6%和27.9%,两者有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。按性别分亚组（男/女）或按年龄分亚组（0~39岁、40~59岁、≥60岁）后,在每一亚组内A组的大肠息肉检出率均显著高于B组（均为P〈0.05）。在调整年龄和性别后,A组罹患大肠息肉的风险仍高于B组（P〈0.05）。A组内胃增生性息肉与炎性息肉患者的大肠息肉检出率均显著高于B组（均为P〈0.05）。结论胃息肉与大肠息肉存在一定的正相关性。Objective To explore the correlation between gastric polyps and colorectal polyps. Methods This study included 338 inpatients with gastric polyps （Group A） and 2,271 patients without gastric polyps （Group B） who simultaneously underwent gastroscopy and colonoscopy from January 2011 to September 2014 in Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University. The detection rates of colorectal polyps were retrospective- ly compared between group A and group B. Results The detection rate of colorectal polyps was 53.6% in group A and 27.9% in group B, respectively （P 〈 0.05）. After divided into subgroups according to gender （male/female） or age （0 - 39 years old, 40 ~ 59 years old and I〉 60 years old）, the detection rate of colorectal polyps in group A patients was significantly higher than those in group B in each subgroup （P 〈 0.05）. After adjusting age and gender, the patients in group A still had a higher risk to suffer from colorectal polyps than pa- tients in group B （P 〈 0.05）. Patients with hyperplastic polyps or inflammatory polyps of stomach in group A had a significantly higher detection rate of colorectal polyps than those in group B （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions There was a positive correlation between gastric and colorectal polyps.
