摘　　要：评价理论以韩礼德的系统语法为基础,并对其进行补充与扩展。研究应用该理论的态度及级差两大系统对卡梅伦挽留苏格兰演说进行分析,证明评价理论是证明演讲者立场的有效工具。On the basis of Function system, the Appraisal system explores and extends more.This research analyzes Cameron＇ s speech on Scotland issues, proving that speech is an effective tool in politics.
