摘 要:目的:观察中药补肾健骨方对致关节假体无菌性松动炎性因子IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α抑制作用。方法:人工髋关节翻修术中取出的假体界膜组织作为实验标本,将其放入RPMI培养液中培养,分空白对照组、低浓度补肾健骨方组(5%)、高浓度补肾健骨方组(20%),培养72h,取上清液,酶联法测定IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α.结果:与对照组相比,5%、20%补肾健骨方组均能显著抑制界膜细胞分泌IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α(P<0.05)。结论:补肾健骨方能显著抑制假体周围界膜细胞分泌IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α.Objective:To observe the effect of Bushenjiangu decoction on the secretion of IL-1,IL-6,and TNF-α in aseptic loosening of prostheses. Methods: The periprosthetic membrane organization was taken through the revision hip arthroplasty,which were cultured in RPMI-1640 medium. They were divided into control group,low concentration of Bushenjiangu decoction group (5 %), and high concentration of Bushenjiangu decoction group (20 %). The concentration of IL-1, IL-6,and TNF-α was measured using ELISA methods 72 h after cultivation. Results: The secretion of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α were all significantly inhibited in both low and high concentration of Bushenjiangu decoction group compared to the control group (P,0.05). Conclusion:Bushenjiangu decoction is effective for inhibiting the secretion of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF-α in the interface membrane of prostheses.
