摘 要:在氩气和空气的混合气体放电过程中,随着外加电压先增加后减小,放电丝经历了从少量的随机排布到规则的有序斑图并最终回到无序随机分布的演化过程.同时比较了不同湿度,其他放电参数相同条件下团簇斑图、振动超六边形斑图及谐振超六边形斑图.在实验中,保持驱动频率为53kHz,将3 300pF测试电容替换测试电阻,随斑图演化用示波器采集相应斑图的输出电压及电容两端的电压波形,利用电容电压计算得到放电期间流经电容的电荷量,拟合出李萨茹图形,进而得到放电间隙所消耗的功率.结果发现,随电压的先增加后减小,放电功率也呈现先增加后减小的变化趋势且放电功率随湿度的增加而增加.The changing process of filaments from a small amount of randomly distributed micro-discharge filaments to the regular arranged pattern,and eventually to the disordered distribition is obtained at the mixture of air and argon.Meanwhile,the cluster hexagon pattern,the vibrating hexagonal superlattice pattern and the syntony hexagonal superlattice pattern are compared at the same discharge parameters except humidity.The signal of applied voltage and the signal of the capacitance voltage are recorded by digital oscilloscope simultaneously with a frequency of 53 kHz and the text capacitance of 3300 pf when the patterns evolve gradually.In order to simulate the area closed by Lissajous figure,the charge of capacitance during the discharge process is calculated according to the capacitance voltage.Discharge power is finally obtained by the area of Lissajous figures.It is found that discharge power increases firstly and then reduces with increasing and decreasing the applied voltage,in addition,it increases with increasing the humidity.
