摘　　要：介绍了生物制药专业应用技术型人才培养的目标定位,通过"3+1"人才培养模式、课程体系设置、推行"订单培养"、"双师型"师资队伍建设、理论课程的教学改革、实践教学体系的建立等几方面,构建生物制药专业应用技术型人才培养方案。This paper introduces the training target of applied technological type talents training scheme of bio-pharmaceuticals,and the program of spplied technological type talents training scheme of bio-pharmaceuticals in aspects such as＂3 ＋ 1＂talent cultivation mode,construction of curriculum system,the implementation of ＂ order training＂,training of double type faculty teams,theory curriculum teaching reform and construction of practical teaching system was explored in this paper.
