摘　　要：报道了安徽蕨类植物新纪录——过山蕨(Asplenium ruprechtii),并对该种的孢子囊形态、鳞片特征等进行了解剖学观察。过山蕨类是铁角蕨属中唯一的东亚和北美东部间断分布的单系类群,对研究物种的起源和分布具有重要意义。同时过山蕨含有多种活性成分,具有重要的药用价值。该种在安徽的发现有利于深入理解安徽蕨类植物区系性质,对生物多样性保护和本土资源开发利用都有重要的作用。Asplenium ruprechtii （Aspleniaceae） was recently recorded for the first time in Anhui Province, China. The morphology and anatomy of sporangium and scale were documented in this paper. Since the ＂Camptosorus＇＂ clade is known as the only lineage in Asplenium showing a disjunctive distribution pattern of ＂eastern Asian-eastern North American＂, the discovery of A. ruprechtii in Anhui Province is important to study the origin and distribution of this lineage. In addition, a variety of active constituents that have important medicinal values were detected in A.ruprechtii. Such a discovery will encourage understanding of fern flora character in Anhui and will promote local biodiversity protection and resource utilization as well.
