摘　　要：文章分析了编辑与审稿专家的沟通认知,并在此基础上构建编辑与审稿专家的互动机制。互动机制的构建重点论述了审稿单的设计、审稿专家遴选要求的确定、审稿邀协函和审稿意见反馈单的撰写。互动机制的构建工作以期对学术期刊的编辑实务有一定的参考价值。The article analyzed the communication and acknowledges between the editors and the peer reviewers and an interaction mechanism between them is constructed on this basis.The construction of the interaction mechanism focuses on the design of review form,the requirement of the selection of peer reviewers,reviewing invitation letter and the comments of feedback from.The author hopes that the construction of the interaction mechanism will have a certain reference value for the editing practicing of the academic journals.
