摘　　要：本文简要介绍了乳制品低温干燥塔过程的基本工艺,研究其控制设计及算法实现,分别采用传统PID控制和模糊控制两种算法进行了算法仿真,并进行模糊控制及与PID控制的对比分析。该系统可靠性高,通用性强等特点。This paper briefly introduces riefly the basic technology of dairy products to low temperature drying tower process, studies the control algorithm design and implementation respectively using the traditional PID control and fuzzy control algorithm of the simulation algorithm, the fuzzy control and PID control are compared and analyzed. The system has high reliability, versatility and so on.
