摘 要:三峡船闸上游锚地监控管理系统的建设可以帮助提高船舶过闸效率,充分发挥三峡工程的通航效益。对三峡坝区的安全监管现状进行分析,设计了三峡船闸上游锚地监控管理系统的架构,根据系统主体需求对主要功能模块进行设计。该系统主要包括监控数据采集、通航环境信息发布、锚地状态动态监控和锚地业务管理等子系统。该系统可实现对三峡库区航道、船闸、码头和渡口等重点水域的监控。The monitoring and management system construction of the anchorage at the upstream of the Three Gorges Dam Lock can raise the efficiencies of shipping lockage capacity and give full play to the benefits of waterway transportation.The current status of the safety supervision in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region is analyzed for the framework designing of the target system.Furthermore,we can design the monitoring and management system framework of the anchorage at the upstream of the Three Gorges Dam Lock and the main function modules according to the analysis of system requirements.This system includes four functional sub-systems,namely,monitoring data collection sub-system,navigational environment information release sub-system,anchorage status dynamic monitoring sub-system,and anchorage business management sub-system.The designed system can assist in supervising the waterways,ship locks,docks and ferries in the Three Gorges Reservoir Region.
