橄榄品种叶下表皮微形态研究

摘　　要：为了解橄榄品种资源间的相互关系,利用扫描电子显微镜对16份橄榄品种的叶下表皮微形态进行观察.结果表明,不同橄榄叶下表皮毛刺长度为26.73～38.55μm,气孔器密度为533～1 014个/mm2,气孔器长宽比为1.44～1.73.橄榄叶下表皮的这些特征差异可为分析品种间的相互关系提供参考依据.In order to reveal the relationships of Canarium album L cultivars, the micro-morphology of leaf abaxial epidermis of 16 Canarium album L cultivars were observed under scanning electron microscope（SEM）.The results showed that the epidermal trichome side are 26.73～38.55μm, the stomatal density are533-1014 number/mm2, and the length/width of stomatal are 1.44～1.73.The character of leaf abaxial epidermis can be used in analysis the relationship among the cultivars.
