摘  要:新建本科院校土建类专业应确立"以注册执业资格需求为导向、以工程素质培养为基础、以创新能力提高为本位"的"三位一体"人才培养理念。为使这一理念由理论形态走向鲜活实践,在模式建构上要树立"适理论、强实践、多能力"的创新人才培养目标,制定"学科教育、职业教育和创新教育相融合"的课程体系,建立"高效、规范、创新"的教育管理保障体系,健全"主体多元、标准个性化"的评价体系;在实践路向上要大力推行"应用导向"的课程改革,努力建设"三个实践"创新平台,着力打造"双师型"教师团队。The civil engineering specialty in the newly-built undergraduate colleges should implement the "trinity" talent-cultivation idea of taking the registered qualification demand as the guidance, the engineering quality cultivation as the foundation and the improvement of innovative ability as the basis. To make this idea from theory form to living practice, we should set up a practical talent cultivation target of "optimum theory and strong practice" in the model building, construct the integration curriculum system of "subject education, vocational education and innovation education", amplify the education and management assurance system of "high efficiency, standardization and innovation", and establish the evaluation system of "multi-subject, personalized standard ". In the practical way we should vigorously apply application-oriented curriculum reform, try hard to construct three practice innovation platforms, and concentrate sharply on the double- professional teacher team.
