摘  要:电子驻车制动控制单元的电机驱动多采用H桥驱动方式,但此方法无集成方案,成本高、占用空间大。改善后方案为应用集成方案结合继电器方式,应用继电器完成对电机正反转的控制。应用中发现继电器的寿命问题需要解决,经查找真因及问题分析得出根本原因为在继电器切换时有大电流流过造成继电器触点失效率提高。应用TRIZ理论,得出4种解决方案,根据最终理想解的特点对4种解决方案进行评价,选取到合理解决方案。The current driver circuit of the EPB( Electrical Parking Brake) ECU is H-bridge driver,this way may need more cost,more PCB space. This way was changed to the relay switch and ASIC. It was found there was still a problem with the life time of the relays.Through analysis,it was found the essential cause that was the big current flowed over the relays,causing the lapse of the touch points of relays when they switched from on to off. Four solutions were gotten applying with TRIZ theory. The four solutions were judged with the characteristic of final ideally solution then the appropriate solution was found.
