摘 要:二元驱的Marangoni对流在启动油藏残余油方面有重要作用,研究其微观机理对更好地应用二元驱技术提高采收率具有重大意义。设计了验证Na_2CO_3溶液、KPA表活剂溶液及二者的二元驱溶液与原油接触后产生Marangoni对流效果的实验和利用能产生强Marangoni对流的二元驱进行微观仿真模型驱油的实验,分析了二元驱中油水界面Marangoni对流启动残余油微观机理。结果表明:Na_2CO_3溶液、KPA表活剂溶液及二元混合溶液与原油接触后都能产生Marangoni对流效果,且浓度越大,Marangoni对流效果越好;Na_2CO_3和KPA对于产生Marangoni对流有协同作用;1.2%Na_2CO_3和0.3%KPA二元驱产生的强Marangoni对流引起了界面扰动和自发乳化作用,对启动膜状、岛状和盲端等残余油均有显著效果。建议油田采用能够产生强Marangoni对流的二元驱。Marangoni convection of the binary flooding plays an important role in mobilizing residual oil in reservoir. Researches on the microscopic mechanism will contribute to the application of binary flooding to enhanced oil recovery. In this paper, the authors used Na2CO3 solution, KPS surface active agent solution and mixed solution to contact with crude oil respectively. The experiments verified their marangoni convection effect. Microscopic simulation model ofoil displacement experiment was made with NazCO3 and KPS binary flooding that result in strong Marangoni convection. The results show NazCO3 solution, KPS surface active agent solution and mixed solution could all have marangoni convection effect. The greater the concentration is, the better the effect of marangoni convection is. Na2CO3 and KPS have synergy for marangoni convection.The binary flooding mixed with 1.2% Na2CO3 and 0.3% KPS can cause the interfacial turbulence and spontaneous emulsification. It has a significant effect on mobilizing residual oil in membrane, island and blind side. The binary flooding which can produce strong marangoni convection should be used in the oil field.
