简化后的Masson染色法在大鼠坐骨神经离断伤中的应用

摘　　要：髓鞘染色为常用的神经组织染色,神经纤维的损伤可导致髓鞘的变性和脱失等病理变化。传统的髓鞘染色所需时间长、易脱片且难于掌握。Masson染色法用于观察神经组织收到良好的效果。简化后的Masson染色法较Mansson用时短、步骤简、结果明了,是一种简单易行的神经髓鞘染色方法。Myelin staining is commonly used for neural tissue. Nerve fiber＇s injury can lead to pathological changes, such as degeneration and loss of myelin. The traditional myelin staining requires a long time, easy to take off from the slides and difficult to master. To observe the nerve tissue received good results with Masson staining method. Compared with the masson staining method, the simplified masson staining method has advantages of simple step, reduce operation time, and better results. It is a simple and practicable nerve myelin staining method.
