摘 要:为了确保学生获得世界一流的优质教育,美国于2010年颁布了《共同核心州立标准》(Common Core States Standards,简称CCSS),美国宣称,在标准研制过程中汇集了专业的团队,参考了已有的优秀标准,听取了社会的反馈,保证了标准的理论有效性和高质量,为美国基础教育制定了统一的课程标准,结束了各州各行其是的局面。2011年,纽约州开始采用这一新标准。但在实行过程中,一些教师提出了反对意见,认为《共同核心州立标准》过分注重学习结果和成绩,将教学材料和考核标准制定得过于死板,不考虑教育现实和学生的个体差异。2013年,纽约州公布了本州阅读和数学考试成绩,与大众期待的不同,结果显示,只有不到三分之一的学生及格,更加引发了社会公众对这一套标准的担忧。针对这一现实,笔者访谈了美国纽约州立大学Oswego分校教育学院的两位博士,听取了他们关于《共同核心州立标准》的看法。Editor's note: in order to ensure students may obtain the world-class excellence education, the United States in 2010 issued a "Common Core States Standards" (CCSS). The United States claims that in the process of CCSS development, they have brought together the professional teams, taken references to the existing standards of excellence and listened to the feedback from society, so as to ensure the standards' theory as effectiveness and high quality, set the unified curriculum standards for basic education and therefore end the situation that each state had its own standard. From 2011, the State of New York began to adopt the new standard. But in the process of practice, some teachers put forward the objection, thinking that the CCSS stressed too much the learning results and achievements, the teaching materials and examination standards were too rigid, and it failed to consider the reality of education and students' individual differences. In 2013, the state of New York announced test scores of reading and math, and contrary to the public expectations, the results showed that less than a third of the students passed, leading to more concerns of the social public on CCSS. Aiming at this reality, the author interviewed two doctors from the Education College of Oswego, State University of New York, getting their views shared with us about the CCSS.
