摘 要:采用液体培养法,以对水分敏感程度不同的两个青稞品种(旱地紫青稞和大麻青稞)为材料,研究PEG模拟干旱条件下青稞幼苗叶片诱导蛋白表达的差异。结果表明,干旱胁迫96h,经SDS-PAGE分析发现,在50k Da左右处有干旱诱导蛋白出现。经过质谱分析检测出这些蛋白分别参与植物的光合系统、糖代谢途径、抗氧化反应、蛋白合成、胁迫应激响应等生理过程。分析发现,对水分胁迫不敏感的旱地紫青稞在相同处理条件下可以启动更多蛋白的转录表达,以帮助植物应对环境变化。Liquid culture method was used to study two materials with different moisture sensitive degrees by PEG simulated drought stress. SDS-PAGE was used to analyze soluble protein at 96h of drought stress, and we found a set of drought induced proteinsof about 50kDa. After mass spectrometry detection, these proteins were involved in plant photosynthetic system, sugar metabolic pathways, oxidation reaction, protein synthesis, stress response to stress and other activities, respectively. In this experiment, we also found that more proteins were expressed in drought-resistant material Handiziatthe same processing conditions ,which could help plants cope with environmental change.
