摘  要:微表处性能的优劣与其配合比设计有密切关系,而油石比的确定在配合比设计过程中至关重要。为确定纤维微表处的最佳油石比,在原指标确定的油石比范围内增加低温评价指标,并通过低温弯曲试验、湿轮磨耗试验、负荷车轮黏砂试验最终确定了油石比的最佳值,同时分析了纤维对微表处性能的影响情况。研究表明:普通微表处掺加一定量纤维后,同样可以达到快速开放交通的要求,而且显著提高微表处的路用性能;当掺加0.10%的聚丙烯纤维,其最佳油石比提高0.5%左右;增加新的评价指标后,缩小了油石比范围,降低了施工随意性。The advantages and disadvantages of micro- surfacing performance is closely related to mix design,while asphalt- aggregate ratio plays a vital role in the mix design process.In order to determine the optimal asphalt- aggregate ratio of fiber micro- surfacing,the low- temperature evaluation index was added in the range of asphalt- aggregate ratio.At last,the optimal asphalt- aggregate ratio and the effect of fiber on micro- surfacing performance were determined through low- temperature bending test,wet wheel abrasion test and load wheel viscosity sand test The study showed that micro- surfacing adding a certain amount of fiber could open traffic rapidly and improve the pavement performance of micro- surfacing significantly.When adding 0.10% of polypropylene fiber,the optimal asphalt- aggregate ratio increased about 0.5%.After adding new evaluation index,the range of asphalt- aggregate ratio was narrowed and the randomness of construction was reduced.
