摘 要:为对比分析纤维微表处施工性能与纤维种类、纤维掺量、油石比的关系,选取4种纤维,通过改变纤维掺量、油石比大小进行不同条件下的拌和试验、黏聚力试验。通过一系列试验结果可知:随着纤维掺量的增加,纤维微表处混合料的拌和时间逐渐缩短,黏聚力值逐渐增大,且不同纤维掺量有其最合适的用水量;对于纤维微表处施工性能,当纤维掺量为0.10%~0.25%,油石比为7.0%~7.5%时,施工性能最佳。Four kinds of fiber were selected to comparatively analyze the relationship between construction performance of fiber micro- surfacing and fiber type,fiber content,asphalt- aggregate ratios.Mixing test and cohesion torque test under different conditions were conducted through changing content of fiber and asphalt-aggregate ratio.The results showed that mixing time of fiber micro- surfacing gradually reduced and cohesion torque value gradually increased with the increasement of fiber content,and different fiber content had its appropriate volume of water.When adding 0.10% to 0.25% fiber and asphalt- aggregate ratio was 7.0% to 7.5%,the construction performance was best.
