综合型药学人才培养新模式的构建

摘　　要：随着社会的发展,人们生活水平不断提高,大家越来越关注自身健康和合理用药等问题,使得既懂药又懂医的药学人才紧缺。而传统的药学人才培养模式已经难以适应现代社会的需求,新型教育模式亟待构建。本文提出在传统模式中融入药学服务元素新概念,通过修订人才培养方案并设置新的课程体系,将培养目标由"药品制造"转向"患者服务",拓宽学生知识面和就业面,打造兼有生物、医学、社会人文等完整知识体系的综合型药学人才,更好地为我国广大人民群众服务。With the development of society, people＇s living standards continue to improve, more and more people pay attention to their own health and the rational use of drugs and other issues, so talents both understanding drug and medical pharmaceutical are shortage. Then, traditional pharmaceutical talents cultivation model is difficult to adapt to the demand of modern society, and a new education model should be build. This article advances a new pattern that the modern elements of pharmaceutical service are merged into the traditional model. So, by revising the talent training scheme and setting a new course system, the cultivating goal is changed from the ＂manufacturing＂ to ＂patient service＂.It broadens the students knowledge and employment, and cultivates both biological, medical, integrated social humanities and complete knowledge of the pharmaceutical talents, and serve the broad masses of the people better.
