新农村“文化生态”建设的思考

摘　　要：构建与我国社会主义新农村建设相协调的文化生态,既是新农村健康发展的内在本质和客观要求,也是文化大发展、大繁荣并获得可持续发展的重要内源力量。拓展城市文化"反哺"农村文化通道,形成农村对接现代文明的文化圈;激活乡村文化的"种子",培育农村文明本土生长、自我进化的文化圈;挖掘传统文化,振兴地域文化,承续光大中华文明的文化圈;盘活民间文化资本,融入经济社会发展,打造惠民、富民的产业文化圈;提高文化环保的自觉意识,将新农村的文化圈、文化群、文化链纳入可持续发展轨道。As it is necessary for construction of new rural cultural ecology that conforms to the socialist construction,it is also indispensable for the cultural development and prosperity.This paper argues for the feedback or docking of urban culture for rural construction.Moreover,efforts should be made to stimulate the folk capital of culture by boosting the rural economic development and forming a new rural cultural community and cluster.That farmers are prosperous and happy is a significant component for the rejuvenation of Chinese civilization.
