半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂型慢性浅表性胃炎67例

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤加味治疗寒热错杂型慢性浅表性胃炎(chronic superficial gastritis,CSG)的临床疗效以及对胃动素(motilin,MTL)、胃泌素(gastrin,GAS)与生长抑素(somatostatin,SS)的影响。方法:选取2013年9月—2014年10月收治的寒热错杂型CSG患者134例,随机分为对照组和观察组各67例,对照组使用常规西药治疗,观察组使用半夏泻心汤加味治疗,两组均连续服用30 d为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果:观察组有效率与显效率明显高于对照组;治疗组治疗后MTL、GAS、SS等相关指标水平明显优于对照组治疗后(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:对寒热错杂型CSG患者使用半夏泻心汤加味治疗,能够有效提高临床疗效,改善MTL、GAS、SS等相关胃肠激素的水平。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Supplemented Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction on chronic superficial gastritis（ CSG） of intermingled cold and heat pattern and its influence on motilin（ MTL）,gastrin（ GAS） and somatostation（ SS）.Methods： 134 cases with CSG of intermingled cold and heat pattern received from September,2013 to October,2014 were randomized into control group（ 67 cases） given conventional western medicine treatment and observation group（ 67 cases） given Supplemented Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction. Both groups were treated for 30 days as a treatment course and after a treatment course the clinical effects were observed. Results： The effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group; the levels of relevant indexes of MTL,GAS and SS in observation group markedly better than these in control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： For the patients with CSG of intermingled cold and heat pattern,Supplemented Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction can effectively improve the clinical effect and the levels of such gastrointestinal hormones like MTL,GAS and SS.
