摘 要:竞合战略是指企业在竞争的基础上,为了自身利益的最大化,避免过度竞争而与竞争对手在价值链的某一环节寻求合作的战略。在超竞争环境下,竞合战略将成为企业生存和发展的最优战略选择。根据企业间竞争与合作的强度,竞合战略可以分为四种模式:竞强合强型、竞强合弱型、竞弱合强型、竞弱合弱型。企业应当结合自身的实际情况以及所处的历史环境选择竞合战略模式,并确定竞争与合作的强度,从而维护企业的根本利益,提升企业的核心价值,增强企业的长期竞争优势。Co-operation strategy refers to avoiding excessive competition with rivals in same value chain to seek cooperation, on the basis of the maximization of self?interest in the competition. In hyper-competitive envi-ronment, co-operation strategy will become the optimal strategic choice for enterprise survival and development. According to the intensity of competition and cooperation between enterprises, cooperation strategy can be di-vided into four models. Enterprise should choose competition strategy mode in combination with their own practical situation and historical environment, then determine the intensity of competition and cooperation, so as to maintain the fundamental interests of the enterprise, improve enterprise's core values and enhance enterprise's long-term competitive advantage.
