摘 要:积极心理学视角下,高校特殊学生群体的心理援助发展模式应实现从"消极问题取向"向"积极发展取向"的转变。培养高校特殊学生群体积极心理的思路是建立积极的认知图式,激发积极的情绪体验,培养积极的人格品质。构建高校特殊学生群体心理援助体系的有效途径是培养具有积极工作心态的师资队伍,建立积极心理咨询和治疗模式、积极心理的普及宣传和健康教育课程以及积极的社会支持体系,促进高校特殊学生群体的健康成长。This paper discusses the transition opportunity from "negative problem orientation" to "positive devel- opment orientation'in the development model of the psychological assistance of special-student groups in the perspec- tive of positive psychology in university, puts forward the ideas to train the positive psychology of special-student groups, namely creating positive cognitive schemata, inspiring positive emotional experiences and developing positive personality traits; build an effective way of special group psychological assistance system in universityr namely devel- oping the teachers with positive work attitude, the psychological counseling and treatment modalities with positive con- cept, the curriculums with positive psychology popularity and publicity as well as health education and the system with positive social support so as to promote the healthy growth of special-student groups in university.
