摘　　要：课外实践训练对于培养本科生创新精神和实践能力具有非常重要的作用。构建适应地方发展需求的本科生课外实践训练体系应该从顶层保障、导向机制、激励机制和平台建设四个方面入手。同时,努力发挥课外训练体系对教学改革、人才培养、专业转型的反哺作用,实现训练体系效益的最大化,巩固和提升训练体系的地位。The practice of extracurricular training plays a very important role in cultivating the innovative spirit and practical ability for university students, and it should start from such four aspects as the top security, the guiding mechanism, the incentive mechanism and the platform construction to build the training system of university students＇ extracurricular practice adapting to the need for the local development. Meanwhile efforts should be made to give play to the feedback function of the extracurricular training system for teaching reform, talent cultivation and professional transformation so as to maximize the benefits of the training system, consolidate and enhance the status of the training system.
