摘  要:目的探讨信息化教学在《成人护理》教学中的应用效果。方法将2012级护理专业学生96名随机分成对照组50人和实验组46人,实验组应用网络教学平台开展《成人护理》课程教学,每个系统选择1-2类主要疾病;对照组全程以传统课堂讲授为主。比较两组的学习成绩,并在学期结束测评学生自主学习能力。结果两组期末卷面成绩和总评成绩比较,差异有统计学意义(均P〈0.01);实验组的学习意识、学习策略、学习行为、学习评价和人际交流5个维度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论在护理核心课程中逐渐融入信息化教学,可有效提高教学成绩,且有利于学生学习能力的培养。Objective To explore the application of information-based teaching platform in the course of Adult Nursing. Methods Totally 96 nursing students were randomly divided into a control group (n= 50) and an experimental group (n=46). Students in the control group were majorly given traditional classroom teaching in the course of Adult Nursing, while their counterparts in the experimental group were subjected to information-based teaching, in which 1-2 kinds of major diseases in each system were selected. The Self-rating Scale for Self-Directed Learning (SRSSDL) was used to evaluate nursing students/ ability of self-directed learning and their examination scores were compared. Results Significant differences were observed in examination scores and overall scores between the two groups (P〈0.01 for both) ;the experimental group had significantly higher scores than the control group in study consciousness, study strategies, study behaviors, study evaluation and personal communication ( P 〈0.05, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The application of information-based teaching in core courses can not only enhance teaching effect, but also enhance students' learning ability.
