从中医运气学说探析手足口病

摘　　要：运气学说是《黄帝内经》中的重要内容,阐述了天地运转变化对自然,物候和人类疾病的影响,对疾病的认识和研究有着重要意义。本文通过中医运气理论对全国2005年1月—2012年8年间的手足口病发病数据进行了对比分析,发现引起手足口病发病的肠道病毒属于湿热性质病毒,多在湿热季节发病,但如遇暖秋或暖冬温度适宜病毒繁殖时也易发病。运用中医运气理论可以对每年的气候特点做出准确预测,进而分析每年手足口病的发病特点、发病情况,提前做好防治工作。但是目前尚不能完全通过五运六气来分析哪个年份会出现手足口病爆发,哪个年份是低发,这还需要更多的数据来进一步分析。The theory of TCM doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors is the important content of Huangdi Neijing,which illustrates the influence of the running and changes of the heaven and the earth on the nature,phonological phenomenon and human diseases. Therefore,it has great significance for the recognition and research on the disease. This paper compares and analyzes the morbidity data of the hand-foot-and-mouth disease collected nationally from January,2005 to August,2012. It is discovered that the enterovirus inducing hand-foot-and-mouth disease belongs to virus of damp-heat property and this disease easily occure in the damp-heat season. However,in the warm autumn or warm winter,people are also susceptible to this disease when virus proliferation happens at preference temperature. Based on the TCM doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,the features of the climate each year can be accurately predicted,and thus the morbidity characteristic and condition of the hand-foot-and-mouth disease every year can be analyzed so as to make good prevention. However,the months when the hand-foot-and-mouth disease is likely to attack or unlikely to occur cannot be identified and therefore more data are required to make further analysis.
