黄连阿胶汤加味联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎80例

摘　　要：目的:观察黄连阿胶汤加味联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎的临床疗效及对T辅助细胞(Th1/Th2)水平的影响。方法:选取本院160例激素依赖性皮炎患者作为研究对象,随机均分为对照组和治疗组各80例,对照组给予复方利多卡因乳膏治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药黄连阿胶汤加味治疗,两组均以12周为1个疗程,比较两组患者临床疗效及Th1/Th2水平变化。结果:治疗组与对照组愈显率分别为93.75%、72.50%,治疗组愈显率高于对照组(χ2=15.028,P=0.024);对照组治疗后各项指标较治疗前并无明显改变(P>0.05),而治疗组较治疗前、同期对照组均改善明显(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:黄连阿胶汤加味联合复方利多卡因乳膏治疗激素依赖性皮炎效果理想,其可能通过协调T辅助细胞动态平衡而发挥作用。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Supplemented Coptis and Donkey-Hide Gelatin Decoction combined with Compound Lidocaine Cream on hormone dependent dermatitis and its influence on the level of Th1 / Th2. Methods： 160 cases with hormone dependent dermatitis received by this hospital were selected as the study objects and randomized into control group and treatment group,with 80 cases in each group. Control group were given Compound Lidocaine Cream and treatment group were additionally given Chinese medicine Supplemented Coptis and Donkey-Hide Gelatin Decoction. Both groups were treated for one treatment course（ 12 weeks） and their clinical effects and the changes in the level of Th1 / Th2 were compared. Results： The marked effect rate in observation group（ 93. 75%） was higher than that in control group（ 72. 50%）（ χ2= 15. 028,P = 0. 024）;there was no obvious changes of various indexes in control group after the treatment（ P 〉0. 05）,while there was significant difference between observation group and control group and also between before and after the treatment in treatment group（ P 〈0. 05）.Conclusion： Supplemented Coptis and Donkey-Hide Gelatin Decoction combined with Compound Lidocaine Cream has ideal effects on hormone dependent dermatitis,which may act via the regulation of the dynamic equilibrium of T helper cells.
