摘　　要：为提高农业院校实践教学水平,提升人才培养质量和效率,以安徽农业大学为例,探讨了新农村发展研究院建设背景下农业高校实践教学基地建设、人才培养模式及相应的师资队伍建设的改革与创新。In order to improve the lev- el of practical teaching of agricultural universities and the quality and efficiency of talent training, taking Anhui Agricul- tural University as an example, the reform and innovation of practical teaching base construction, personnel training mode and teaching staff construction under the background of the construction of new rural development institute were discussed.
