摘　　要：目的评价动机访谈对海洛因依赖患者复吸的影响。方法选择201名海洛因依赖患者,随机分为动机访谈组和对照组,其中动机访谈组96例,对照组105例。所有患者均接受以美沙酮为主的综合治疗和有关海洛因的健康教育,动机访谈组的患者在住院期间和出院后还接受6-8次一对一的动机访谈。结果动机访谈组海洛因依赖患者3个月和6个月后的复吸率分别为62.5%和77.1%,对照组的分别为77.1%和88.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论动机访谈可有效地降低海洛因患者的复吸率。Objective To evaluate the influence of motivation interview on relapse of heroin-dependent patients.Methods 201 heroin-dependent patients were selected and divided randomly into motivation interview（MI）group and control group with 96 cases in MI group and 105 cases in control group.All heroin-dependent patients received the comprehensive treatment with methadone and routine health education on heroin,while those in the MI group received one-to-one motivation interview for six to eight times during hospitalization and after discharge. Results The relapse rate of the heroin-dependent patients in the MI group three months and six months after discharge were 62.5% and77.1% respectively,while those in the control group were 77.1% and 88.6% respectively.The differences of the two groups were of statistical significance（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion Motivation interview can effectively reduce the relapse rate of heroin-dependent patients.
