摘 要:人才国际化培养是定制化培养的扩展,国际化的培养理念使得定制化的教育体系的构成要素发生了变革。定制化教育模式将逐步过渡到国际化人才培养阶段,兼顾国内定制化培养和国际定制化人才培养。定制化培养模式在我国各级教育体系中的实践积累了丰富的经验,为人才国际化培养模式的顺利实施提供了先决条件。高等教育定制化人才培养模式国际化要求完善更新教学内容和教学成果考核方式,促进高校间国际交流与合作,加强校企国际合作,引进国际执业资格,加强国际化交流培养。International personnel training is the expansion of customized training, international training concept makes components customized education system has undergone changes. Customized education model will gradually transi- tion to international personnel training stage, both domestic and international culture custom customized training of person- nel. Customized training mode in our country at all levels of the education system in practice not only has accumulated rich experience for the successful implementation of international talent training mode but also provides a prerequisite. Cus- tomized training model of higher education internationalization require to update teaching content and outcome evaluation methods, promote international exchanges and cooperation between universities, schools and enterprises to strengthen in- ternational cooperation, the introduction of international qualifications, and strengthen international communication culture.
