飞秒激光辅助超声乳化白内障吸出术临床观察

摘　　要：目的 评价飞秒激光辅助的超声乳化白内障吸出术临床效果及安全性。方法24例（36眼）白内障患者采用飞秒激光辅助进行超声乳化白内障吸出术。术前裸眼视力为眼前数指~0.5,采用Len SX飞秒激光系统进行前囊膜切开、碎核、透明角膜切口。观察术后患者视力、角膜内皮细胞计数、并发症等情况。结果 所有患者手术顺利,术中无并发症发生。术后1 d,裸眼视力从术前眼前数指~0.5提高到0.1~1.2。术前内皮细胞计数平均为2733 mm-2,随访至术后1个月时,内皮细胞计数平均为2529 mm-2,术后内皮细胞丢失率为7%。结论 飞秒激光辅助的超声乳化白内障吸出术治疗白内障具有良好的临床效果及安全性。Objective To evaluate the clinical results and safety of femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification. Methods Series case of 35 eyes of 24 patients with cataract were enrolled in the study. Preoperative uncorrected visual acuity was from counting fingers to 0.6. LenSX femtosecond laser （Alcon, Amecrican） was used to create anterior capsulotomy and lens fragmentation and clear corneal incisions. The post- operative visual acuity, corneal endothelial cell counting and complications were observed. Results All eyes were successfully treated without intraoperative complications. At postoperative 1 day, the mean uncorrected visual acuity increased from （ counting fingers - 0.5 ） to （ 0.1 - 1.2 ）. The mean preoperative endothelial cell density （ECD） was 2733 mm-2, at postoperative 1 month ECD decreased to 2529 mm -2 with a mean cell loss after surgery of 7%. Conclusion Femtosecond laser assisted phacoemulsification is a safe and effective surgical choice in the treatment of cataract.
