摘  要:目的探讨应用数字耳镜测量系统检测外伤性鼓膜穿孔的价值。方法采用数字耳镜测量系统,通过内窥镜电脑成像对双耳鼓膜进行检测,检查鼓膜穿孔的部位、穿孔面积大小、穿孔形态、穿孔周边有无出血、观察穿孔的边缘形态以及测量出穿孔的面积并记录。结果通过对外伤性鼓膜穿孔586例患者632耳进行检测,鼓膜穿孔发生在前下象限者、后下象限、前上象限和后上象限,其发生比例依次为73.58%、19.46%、4.75%和1.90%。按鼓膜穿孔的形态分类显示类圆形、不规则形、三角形、梭形、圆形穿孔和狭长裂隙形穿孔。按照穿孔面积大小分类分别为小穿孔、中穿孔和大穿孔,分别占占穿孔总数的37.5%、32.75%和29.75%。穿孔边缘有血迹者562耳,血迹呈鲜红或暗红色。结论应用数字耳镜系统检测外伤性鼓膜穿孔,能为临床治疗外伤性鼓膜穿孔提供准确的数据支持。【Objective】To investigate the value of the automatic otoscope system in the detection of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane. 【Methods】The examination of tympanic membrane of 632 eras in 586 patients was done using automatic otoscope system to find the location, shape of perforation and the shape of the perforation edge and measure and record the area of the perforation. 【Results】The tympanic membrane perforation occurred before the anterior inferior quadrant, posterior and inferior quadrant, upper quadrant and posterior superior quadrant.Its incidence rate was 73.58% and 19.46%, 4.75% and 1.90%,respectively. According to the classification of the morphology, the perforation of the membrane included the shape of the circular, irregular shape, triangle, shuttle,round perforation and narrow slit perforation. According to the size of perforated area, the perforation included small perforation,middle perforation and big perforation,which accounted for 29.75%, 32.75% and 37.5% of the total perforation, respectively. Perforated rim with blood were 562 ears, blood was red or dark red. 【Conclusion】Using automatic otoscope system in the examination of traumatic perforation of tympanic membrane can provide accurate data to the clinical treatment.
