护士的心理状态对小儿静脉穿刺的影响

摘　　要：目的：探讨在小儿静脉穿刺中，除了穿刺技巧和熟练程度外，影响护士穿刺成功率的因素。小儿静脉穿刺是儿科护理工作中最基本的操作技术之一，也是患儿家长关注的热点问题，静脉穿刺一针成功率直接影响到患方对护理工作的满意度。其中护士又是小儿静脉穿刺是否成功的决定性因素。笔者在多年的儿科临床护理工作中，对小儿静脉穿刺除了技巧和熟练程度外，影响护士成功穿刺的因素进行探讨。旨在及时采取有效的干预措施，提高穿刺成功率。Objective： To investigate the vein puncture in children, in addition to puncture skills and proficiency factors influence the success rate of nurses.Pediatric venipuncture pediatric care in the most basic technique is the focus of attention of parents of children with problems, the success rate of vein puncture of a needle directly affects the risk of side care and job satisfaction. Where a nurse is a decisive factor in the success of pediatric venipuncture. Based on years of pediatric clinical care, pediatric venipuncture skills and proficiency in addition to the impact of nurses puncture success factors are discussed. It aims to take timely and effective interventions to improve the success rate.
