摘　　要：目的分析上皮性卵巢癌特异转录子2(HOST2)长链非编码RNA(lncRNA)在上皮性卵巢癌细胞株的表达和意义。方法采用荧光定量PCR法检测上皮性卵巢癌细胞株(SKOV3、OVCAR3、A2780)、正常卵巢上皮细胞株(HOSEpi C)、膀胱癌细胞株(T24)、乳腺癌细胞株(MCF-7)、结肠癌细胞株(HT29)及其上清液HOST2 lncRNA基因的表达量。结果 SKOV3和OVCAR3及其上清液均存在HOST2 lncRNA基因高表达,A2780、T24、MCF-7、HOSEpi C及其上清液中HOST2 lncRNA基因的表达量均极弱。SKOV3和OVCAR3细胞株及其上清液中HOST2 lncRNA基因的表达量均高于HOSEpi C的表达量,差异有明显统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HOST2 lncRNA选择性表达于上皮性卵巢癌细胞株及其上清液中,HOST2 lncRNA有可能与上皮性卵巢癌的发生有关。Objective To analyze HOST2 lncRNA＇s expression and clinical significance in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines. Methods HOST2 lncRNA＇s expression of epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines（ SKOV3,OVCAR3,A2780）,normal ovarian epithelial cell line（ HOSEpi C）,bladder cancer cell line（ T24）,breast cancer cell line（ MCF- 7）,colon cancer cell line（ HT29） and their supernatant was detected by fluorescence quantitative PCR. Results HOST2 lncRNA gene highly expressed in SKOV3 and OVCAR3 and their supernatant. The expression of HOST2 lncRNA in A2780,T24,MCF- 7,HOSEpi C and their supernatant was very weak. Expression of HOST2 lncRNA in SKOV3 and OVCAR3 cells and their supernatant were higher than those in normal ovarian epithelial cells（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion HOST2 lncRNA expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer cell lines and the supernatant,but its expression has certain selectivity,HOST2 lncRNA may be related to epithelial ovarian cancer.
